Who is responsible
The data controller is Enertek Mateus Sybilla, org. no. 935 960 185, Lier. Visasvi is a service from Enertek. Send privacy questions to hello@visasvi.com.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. When you write on Messenger or by email, I receive what you send.
This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.
Why
The details are used only to reply to you and send you a quote. The legal basis is legitimate interest and, if you become a customer, our contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Who processes data for me
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Form messages are sent as email through Resend and arrive in my inbox. These providers process data on my behalf. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU standard contractual clauses.
How long
Enquiries that don't lead to a job are deleted within 12 months. Customer invoices and accounting records are kept as long as Norwegian bookkeeping law requires, currently 5 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to hello@visasvi.com. If you think I handle data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
